1 General Introduction

jeet baz is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live gaming services to Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeet baz website and all related services.

By registering on the platform, or by using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the platform.

jeet baz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The jeet baz website, mobile application and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on the platform.
• "Wallet" — The main balance held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds received through promotional offers, which must meet specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering" — The requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a defined period.
• "Cashback" — A partial refund given to VIP members based on their weekly net loss.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jeet baz you must provide accurate and complete information. If you register with false or incomplete information, the platform reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit all balances.

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To withdraw above a certain amount or to place higher-limit bets, a user may be required to complete identity verification. jeet baz may at any time request identity documents, proof of address or payment method verification documents from a user. Failure to submit documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Age and Eligibility

To create an account on jeet baz and participate in betting or casino games, a user must be at least 21 years old. If any account is found to belong to a person under 21 during verification, that account will be cancelled immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation. jeet baz is committed to responsible gaming and follows the Responsible Gaming policy to protect minors from gambling.

In addition to the age requirement above, residents of any region where online betting or gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use the platform. Users are responsible for confirming their own legal eligibility.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jeet baz is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). It is the user's responsibility to select the correct method and ensure the correct amount is transferred when making a deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method registered to the verified account.

Before processing a withdrawal, jeet baz may request that KYC verification be completed. In cases of suspicious transactions, jeet baz reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending account review.

5.3 Transaction Rejection

jeet baz reserves the right to reject or cancel any irregular, suspicious or rule-violating transaction. The relevant user will be notified as far as possible in such cases.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

6.2 Weekly Promotions

jeet baz offers various weekly promotions such as the jeet baz Weekly Deposit Festival (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), the jeet baz Slot Fun Bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 25x) and the jeet baz Cricket Craze Offer (40% bonus, up to ৳4,000, wagering 20x).

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings earned from any bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting categories — each offer will specify this clearly in its details.
• jeet baz reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
• If suspicious or manipulative betting patterns are detected while using a bonus balance, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6.4 VIP Cashback

The jeet baz VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net loss. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only when a confirmation is received from the system. Bets that are not confirmed due to network issues or system errors will be treated as void and the bet amount will be returned to the user's wallet.

7.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final and will not be affected by later changes. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jeet baz reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or left incomplete under the applicable rules, the bet will generally be voided and the bet amount refunded. Detailed rules for each type of sport are listed separately on the platform.

7.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

jeet baz reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit for any user, whether on a single bet or in aggregate. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be payable.

8 User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the jeet baz platform:

• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in the platform's software, algorithms or technology.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or cause them harm.
• Impersonating any official or staff member.
• Carrying out any fraudulent activity against the platform.
• Misusing live chat or support channels in a way that violates respectful conduct.

If any of the above activities are proven, jeet baz has the full right to cancel the account and forfeit all balances.

9 Account Suspension

9.1 Platform Rights

jeet baz may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• In accordance with instructions from authorities or law enforcement agencies.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by User

10 Limitation of Liability

The jeet baz platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. jeet baz will not be liable for any loss arising from technical faults on the platform, system outages, internet connectivity issues or failure of third-party services.

If a software or hardware fault results in an incorrect outcome or incorrect payout, jeet baz reserves the right to correct that transaction. Users bear personal responsibility for any financial losses resulting from gaming.

jeet baz is under no obligation to pay compensation for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as external server attacks, natural disasters or government intervention.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Users' personal data is used only for operating the service, verifying identity and meeting applicable legal obligations. Users may opt out of the use of their data for marketing purposes at any time.

jeet baz uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to protect transactions and personal data. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed, and the platform's limitation of liability will apply in the event of a data breach.

12 Amendments, Disputes and Termination

12.1 Amendment of Terms

jeet baz may amend these Terms at any time. When revised Terms are published they will be updated on the website, and users may be informed by email or platform notification.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute regarding a betting result, transaction, or account management, you must first contact the jeet baz support team. 12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions govern the complete legal relationship between jeet baz and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document. If any part of the terms and conditions becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

12.4 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by the relevant applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to reach an amicable resolution and may, if necessary, resort to legal proceedings.
